Transform education together at EdCollab.
Experience the power of joining forces.
EdCollab is an application-only leadership opportunity for innovative K-12 education professionals (from all backgrounds) and community leaders. Participants will embark on a yearlong journey to collaborate, inspire, learn and grow alongside one another as we work to better education.
Meet monthly during the 2025-2026 academic year to experience transformative professional and leadership development; visit Wichita resources that can help you as an educator; and collaborate with some of the best local minds in education to solve problems.

What will your experience look like if you are accepted to EdCollab?
Once a month for the duration of the academic year, you will at different local venues to learn and grow together.

When you finish EdCollab, your excitement for education will be reignited; you'll feel like the professional you are; and you'll see the possibilities of what education could be.
